Our Partners

We've partnered up with some of the biggest names in the online games industry to bring Stencyl to a broader audience and transform players from passive consumers to proactive creators. We've also got friends in spaces related to education and digital learning.

Kongregate
Top 5 Game Portal

For a long time, Kongregate has wanted to promote easier and more productive ways of creating web games. Kongregate approached us in 2010 to partner up with them to promote Stencyl on their site and within their community forums. On our side, we've integrated Kongregate's API through a set of easy-to-use blocks.

Mochi Media
Game API Provider

Mochi approached us shortly after our 2011 launch to talk about integrating their APIs into Stencyl. We started supporting Mochi Ads and Scores in Stencyl 1.2. Mochi will be promoting Stencyl across its site and network in the future.

Newgrounds
Top 5 Game Portal

Newgrounds approached us in 2011 to partner up by integrating their new game API into Stencyl. They have since sponsored a high-profile Stencyl-made game called Gyossait, as well as a recent game called Traitor. This year, Newgrounds will continue to promote Stencyl across its site and will begin hosting Stencyl-themed contests.

California Academy of Sciences
Natural Science Museum

The California Academy of Sciences, through its Digital Learning Program, is working with students to build an iOS game, using Stencyl, to accompany an upcoming earthquake exhibit and educate visitors about the importance of earthquake preparedness and safety. The game and the exhibit will go live in late May.
