An example showing that particle effects can be done well in Stencyl.
The underlying code was taken from a tutorial on particles effects and is not mine. I cannot find the original tutorial now, and so cannot give proper credit. Sorry!

Haha... Yeah, .setPixel32 on a Bitmap. They are all objects, though, but they're just Points with an extra variable for velocity.
