I guess this bird is too fancy to fly or get eaten by cats?
He bribes the cats with fancy cash so they don't eat him
when he jumps on their heads? :p
So if I don't thumb up or down, will that count as a thumb

Since I'm not hearing the (apparently) horrible music, there's little that's actually bad to say about this game. But it could use a few adjustments.
1. You should tell us that space is to jump.
2. The apples should have their collision shapes set to sensors so there's not a "collision" when you collect them.
3. The cats could use some kind of animation when they are hurting the bird. The bird could use some kind of "ouch" animation to match.

Yay the painful "music" is gone. Your game has the same icon as the tutorial. Defaults=bad.

My head is scratching... what were you intending on making when you were doing the music? All I hear is the same note over and over again for a piece of music...
I'm using Mac OS X running Flash 10, and I'm not sure what happened here...
