I agree with clankified. You should spend more time on these games man. It takes a long time to do, getting everything to work just right, but in the end it pays off to see a fully functional and actually fun game that people enjoy to play. Try working on your pixel art, and think up a good story, and you would be on your way to making a great game. Just don't give up, and take your time on it.
