Pretty good, a few things I would suggest however, I recommend making the main character smoother, especially around the torso where there is this large lump which I am guessing should be erased. I would suggest making the spikes spikier unless they aren't spikes. I do enjoy the somewhat difficulty and variation of the levels. Overall this is quite good.
