The art style and music of this game are absolutely beautiful, but I think there are some issues with your collision boundaries in your character and tile sets that ought to be looked at. You might also want to download a platform motion kit from StencylForge so the player will stay on the moving clouds instead of them sliding out from underneath. The gameplay idea is really interesting and inventive though, and this is a good start to what could be a really great game.
