Description

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS ABOUT GETTING OUT OF ADDICTION AND ESSENTIALLY AN OVERDOSE. FILLER MUSIC FROM METALRENARD AND CERIC AS A REPLACEMENT. I HAVE MY OWN, BUT IT WASN'T UPLOADING PROPERLY, SO I AM CREDITING METALRENARD AND CERIC FOR THE SOUNDS FOR SCENE 1 AND 2. THANK YOU BOTH, YOUR SOUNDTRACKS ARE AMAZING. ALL GRAPHICS ARE MADE BY ME.

Love your character! The environment is very disorienting but I think it works for your game. There are a few places where jumping is difficult between the friction and hitting your head on platforms, which force you down and keep you from jumping.

This game has got style, though the glowing balloons of doom in the first area are hard to spot. You might want to consider looking into the "one way platform" behavior, it would save you from some of those awkward cramp spots. Unless you like the difficulty.

If you're not already, using the "on ground" behavior consider adding it to your game, it can disable walking whilst airborne, which would prevent you from being able to walk into wall/platforms while in the air.

I really like the dynamic background but after looking at it long period time it started hurting my eyes haha
I was wondering why the friction was on, but I really like all the artistic features of your game
good job!

Great job! Love the backgrounds/foregrounds, and the whole aesthetic. The collision boundaries on your character feel a little bit too tall maybe? It felt like there wasn't a lot of room for her to move and jump sometimes.

The color orbs kinda were hard to see, platform crush glitch, the wall grip, and a wonky bounding box here and there were the main issues I ran into. Love the colors and moving background, I like the concept and the attention to detail on character sprites, the background, the start, and end.

I like the art style, though at times the layers in the background can make it difficult to see the character and the platforms.

Not being able to move up and down while against a wall is frustrating. Is the intentional or a product of a walking jumping behavior mismatch?

Lonnie I love the parallax. Lots of attention to detail. but I keep getting stuck at the beginning... I proly just suck at playing lol.
