The lightening animation and little bloop are great! I did notice that the bloop has a bit of his bottom chopped off when he stops moving.

I think you should make the lightening bolt thinner and then when touching it would kill an actor.
I really like the bolt animation.
I feel like since you had fairly simple platform, you could've just placed tiles that way not having issues with terrain.

The concept behind the game is charming, and bloop is adorable, however the collision boxes for the platforms seems off, and it makes it difficult to move through the levels.
