Pick an axolotl of your choosing and raise it in this calming virtual environment!

The axolotl is a peculiar type of salamander native to Mexico, known for both its regenerative capabilities and the fact that it spends its entire life in its juvenile state. Although it is critically endangered in the wild due to loss of habitat, it thrives in captivity as a valuable laboratory specimen and also as a popular pet.

Click on the buttons to the right to pick up food for your axolotl; click above the tank to drop the food in and watch your axolotl scurry to chase it. Leave it to its own devices, and it will also wander around the tank in the manner of a real axolotl. The bigger your axolotl grows, the more types of food it will be able to eat.
