Submission for Indie Gamemaker Contest 2015
Money is power, collect money in order to perform double jumps and even fly!
But be careful, using powers also takes up money. Falling to the bottom of the screen means death. Can you climb The Ladder?
Controls:
Arrow keys for running and climbing.
Z for jump.
X to advance dialog.
C to create heart.
M to view manual
Abilities:
Double jump (unlocked at $500, costs $50)
Fly (unlocked at $1000, constantly drains money when in use)
Heart (unlocked at $2000, creates heart which restores 1 health, costs $500)
Notes:
Banks will take $20 per second from you, but give you interest which will pay you over time, permanently. The longer you stay at a bank, the higher the interest becomes, although the $20 fee remains the same.

Wow this is the best game. I haven't slept for the past 3 nights because I'm currently trying to beat the last level. Completely worth it though.
