3D Stereo Sound Emitters

Description
An early version of some behaviors that handle stereo panning and emitting sound in 3D space.
It's a little glitchy, I think it gets overloaded or sometimes it can't find an open channel for some reason. If used sparingly, it's just fine.
The lines are (in most cases) accurate to where sounds begin and end. The numbers underneath the emitter is the left and right channel volumes.
