Hey everyone!
You can unlock an Italian Baguette on the menu screen if you manage to do the following:
1) Unlock Custom Chapter Mode (get the Normal Ending to do this).
2) Select Chapter 6.
3) Place all six enemies in the chapter.
4) Set everyone's speed to 20 and inaccuracy to 0.
5) Make sure Alice is turned off.
6) Beat this without dying, by going through the bottom of the scene.
7) Italian Baguette! :D
