Mah High score is 516 :)
It's hard, but it just looks more overwhelming than it really is because of the pixels being bright and overcoming with the large numbers. To remove this, simply enter "hell" before the pixels reach the end of the screen. That way you will be generally in the middle of the screen so you have time to move back or move forward. That is how I got 516.
