Thanks sonicspeed53! I am using an individual behaviour for the BGM, I will definitely have a look this weekend.

Kool Game There Is A Glitch With Music Though, If Your Using The Starting A Game Pack With The Music Behaivor Just Open It And Add A Stop All Sounds Before The Play Music Also Did U Make The Sprites?

gave it another try, this time i managed to go through the entire game without dying once...
So i guess with a bit of practice, I became patient enough to actually wait/time my jumps before running face first into the enemies :P
In terms of difficulty, I felt that none of the later levels came anywhere near the level of difficulty on that level i mentioned in my previous post. They felt a little bit copy paste, with a lot of repetitive actions (like the map where you first run on a long platform, then drop down onto another, equally long platform. with only a few enemies and pickups to distract you.)
I think the levels would be spiced up alot if you introduced "falling blocks" and/or blocks that appear/disappear every X seconds.
And perhaps consider having a minimum of 2 different paths through each level and a timer that tracks the time spent on the level... that way players will be able to measure their "skills" on a map by discovering a good path and doing it quickly :)

this was interesting :) However, I found that the long bridge on one of the levels (forgot which one... it has a long bridge with 2 pickups and 1 enemy on it)
That bridge was getting on my nerves, I felt like I was running for the sake of running, since I kept dying on the little spot right after the bridge with the enemy going back and forth...
Eventually I gave up because I was unable to get past that enemy, and the distance I had to run on the bridge (which was very easy by comparison) was boring me.
But all in all, what I DID play, was pretty good :) (im not much of a platformer gamer myself, especially not of the really hard variant... i give up a bit too soon :P )
