In response to the question you asked more than a week ago about step 10 of "Crash Course 2".
Yes, the x and y axis is the same in Stencyl as it is in Geometry. The Y axis may seem weird because of the area on the 'graph' that the screen occupies.
You may be accustomed to point x = 0, y = 0 as being in the middle of your graph, or perhaps in the lower left corner. In Flash (and I believe Stencyl too) Point 0,0 is located in the upper left corner of the screen, so your screen is a different portion of the graph than you may be used to focusing on.
