This is a possible setting for you, to add a multilanguage support to you games.
I added a splashscreen to choose your language before the game starts in an scene behaviour.
And i added Actor behaviours with same attributes in the setting scene to show another possibility.

@Digimax: Thanks for feedback.
The sound is only a hint, that the attribute has been switched. When you go back to the main screen, than you will notice that the language has been changed. Everytime when you change the language in the settings, the language changes in the main screen.
I'll work on an better example next time, where the buttons look like they were pressed, and a message that says that the language has been changed.
